- Complete the New Client Referral form
- Advise your client referral that we will be reaching out to them
- If your client referral joins Sourcer within 90 days of your referral and hires at least one resource, you will be eligible for the $1,000 Referral Fee (subject to terms and conditions below)

Terms & conditions
- Your referral may be any company that has not previously been our client or a company with which we have not worked as a client or prospective client within 1 year
- If the same client referral is made by more than one referrer, the first referrer (based on the timestamp of the New Client Referral form) will be eligible for the $1,000 Referral Fee
- You will receive a check in the amount of $1,000 from Sourcer within 10 business days after we receive our first payment for the placed contractor from the referred client
- There's no limit to the number of qualified client referrals you can make
- The $1,000 fee applies only to referrals of clients utilizing Sourcer’s talent acquisition platform and does not apply to any other service offering or practice
- All information on the New Client Referral form must be accurately provided
- This referral fee program is subject to state and federal tax laws
- Sourcer reserves the right to change any aspect of the program or discontinue the program with or without notice
